The easiest and fastest way to make a reservation is to book online through our website! Availability is updated in real-time, and you can book right through to mid-October.
To create your reservation online, you will require the following information:
All online bookings are automatically charged a deposit of $50.00 per person, plus HST. This deposit is refundable, subject to our cancellation policy.
If you need to change, or cancel, your reservation after booking online, you will need to call our office directly at 905-735-5867 between the hours of 9:00am and 9:00pm.
If you would prefer to speak with manifest, you can book by telephone during our regular office hours of 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Gift Certificate, Groupon, and WagJag reservations are NOT charged a deposit - your gift certificate or prepaid voucher is considered your method of payment.

We do not accept reservations by email, you must either book online, or call and speak with manifest. Feel free to email us to inquire about dates, or if you have any other questions ahead of booking. We typically respond to most emails within 6 hours, though if you email us on a weekend or holiday, it may take up to a day (occasionally two if we're busy) for us to respond. If your inquiry is time sensitive, call the office.
All reservations may be changed or cancelled, with any deposits paid being fully refundable, up until 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time. If you are changing or cancelling your reservation with less than 48 hours notice, the amount paid as a deposit becomes non-refundable, however, if you choose to reschedule, the amount paid as a deposit can still be used towards your rescheduled skydive.
If you are changing or cancelling your reservation because of bad weather, there is no cancellation fee! As skydiving is a fair weather sport, if the forecast indicates that you may not be able to jump, you are free to reschedule, even on the same day. If you're on a fixed schedule and must cancel because of the weather, you are also free to do so, and we will refund you the amount paid as a deposit.
